Back in August 2015, Flynn Creative was commissioned by Oxfordshire County Council and Cherwell District Council to create an identity and online platform to keep Bicester informed of the changes happening in the town.

We created Growing Bicester and we’re pleased to announce that the website is now live. Here residents and newcomers can find out about Bicester and stay up-to-date with all the new developments.
