The new campaign brand created by Flynn Creative is a wide umbrella for Hay Group and TalentQ’s ongoing graduate recruitment marketing program. It aims to change employer’s attitudes to graduates and explains the best way to harness their potential.

The campaign currently includes a microsite, whitepapers and webinars and has been well received.
